> Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree,
> With at least 2-3 years of working experience in multi-area/retail management.
> Must have a background in Financing, Credit Investigation, Collection, Sales and Marketing.
> With proven skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
> Communication skills, inquisitiveness, and organized; Must be proficient in basic computer applications. And ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills
> Usually perform office related supervision and mostly field activity from time to time.
> With a professional Driver's License and willing to do field work.
