The Qualifications We Seek

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Lifecycle, CRM, Retention, Loyalty, Engagement, or Subscriber Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, customer segmentation, and campaign management systems
  • Exposure to subscription or membership businesses and an understanding of customer lifecycles is desirable but not essential

Your Daily Tasks

Campaign Execution & Customer Engagement

  • Support the planning and delivery of onboarding, retention, win-back, save, and engagement campaigns
  • Coordinate audience targeting, campaign schedules, and customer communications across email, SMS, in-product, and account channels
  • Ensure messaging accuracy across offers, pricing, benefits, and customer value propositions

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor engagement, retention, churn, and campaign performance metrics
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and customer insights to support data-driven decisions
  • Identify subscriber trends, retention risks, and growth opportunities

Customer Experience & Process Improvement

  • Support loyalty initiatives, subscriber education, and customer feedback programs
  • Maintain campaign documentation, templates, and customer journey assets
  • Follow campaign governance, testing, and approval processes while improving workflows, automation, and customer engagement strategies
