Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, or related fields
  • 4–6+ years of experience in CRM/CDEP, digital marketing, loyalty, or mobile app marketing
  • At least 1–2 years of people management experience
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel environments preferred
  • Familiarity with mobile app journeys, push notifications, and in-app engagement strategies

Job Summary

  • Lead overall mobile app and loyalty marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage and mentor team members (Campaign Management & Customer Lifecycle Marketing)
  • Oversee end-to-end omnichannel campaign planning and execution across all touchpoints
  • Design and optimize customer lifecycle journeys within the app and loyalty program
  • Translate business and customer insights into marketing initiatives, features, and enhancements
