About the job
Handle customer inquiries related to flight reservations, ticketing, cancellations, rebooking, and itinerary changes in a fast-paced BPO environment. Use Global Distribution System (GDS) tools to manage travel bookings, provide accurate travel information, and resolve customer concerns while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with established procedures.
Required Experience:
- At least 6 months Global Distribution System experience (BPO or non-BPO sector)
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- Willing to work onsite at McKinley
Compensation:
- Earn as much as PHP55,000
