About the Role
We are looking for Customer Experience Specialists who thrive at the intersection of technology, service, and healthcare. In this role, you will support U.S.-based dental practices and clinicians using advanced dental scanning hardware and software. You will serve as a trusted point of contact via live chat, helping resolve technical issues quickly and clearlyoften during critical, patient-facing moments. What You'll Do
You will provide real-time chat support to dental offices using scanning devices and software, troubleshoot hardware, software, and setup issues, and guide users through solutions with clear, step-by-step written instructions. You will balance speed and accuracy when patient care is involved, document cases thoroughly in support systems, collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues, and continuously learn new tools, workflows, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
You have at least one year of experience in a customer service or technical support role, ideally supporting users through live chat. You bring strong technical troubleshooting skills, especially with devices and software, and have an excellent command of written English. You remain calm, professional, and precise under pressure, are highly organized with documentation and multitasking, and are comfortable supporting users in structured, regulated environments such as healthcare.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting healthcare, dental, or medical device users is an advantage, as is exposure to dental platforms, intraoral scanners, or CAD/CAM software. Basic knowledge of device setup, connectivity, and network troubleshooting is also a plus, but not required.
