Customer Experience Officer

Join our Clinic Operations team and help deliver exceptional, world-class client experiences.

We're looking for a Customer Experience Officer who is passionate about service excellence and creating memorable client journeys. In this role, you'll lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen brand loyalty, and ensure a seamless experience from consultation through post-treatment care.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or client experience management (experience in the aesthetic, beauty, luxury, or healthcare industry is an advantage)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer-first mindset with leadership and problem-solving abilities

Experience in analysing customer feedback and implementing service improvements
