Kev Responsibilities:
End-to-End Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of marketing programs, including activations, events, roadshows, and tradeshows. This includes vendor selection, inter-team coordination, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
Lead Generation: Design high-impact physical campaigns that capture new leads and facilitate initial engagement through immersive brand experiences.
Customer Advocacy & Retention: Develop and manage event-based programs and activities included in the marketing plan to foster long-term brand loyalty and turn customers into advocates.
Partnership & Ecosystem Management: Act as the designated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for various associations, ecozones, and event organizers.
Sponsorship Optimization: Constantly check and update entitlements for event packages to ensure the company is maximizing its presence and ROI at every venue.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure all field activities are synchronized with broader company growth goals.
Performance Analysis: Determine the effectiveness of each activation or event through data-driven analysis of lead conversion and retention impact.
Strategic Research: Capable of doing research to understand market updates and identify high-potential physical channels to improve campaign effectiveness.
Manage and lead multiple programs and activities.
