Job Description

The Customer Experience Associate plays a key role in delivering outstanding service to clients, tenants, and guests. This position ensures smooth front desk operations, provides tenant and client support, maintains office upkeep, and upholds company standards on safety, security, and compliance. The role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset to build and maintain positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception/front desk: handle calls, welcome guests, process inquiries.
  • Provide tenant support: address concerns, manage emails, documents, gate passes, and permits.
  • Support client services: assist with bookings, client requests, tours, and events.
  • Oversee office upkeep: monitor cleanliness, perform walkthroughs, report issues, and coordinate with vendors/engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • 12 years experience in front office or admin support.
  • Good communication skills and pleasing personality
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365).
  • Hospitality or customer service background is a plus.
  • Flexible to shifting schedules including graveyard

Willing to be assigned at One Ayala Tower. Can start ASAP.
