B&A Food Brokers is looking for a detail-driven Customer Service & Systems Admin to join our team. You'll play a central role in keeping our vendor and customer operations running smoothly — managing portals, processing orders, and supporting the full lifecycle of our product lines. What You'll Do:
Portal & Systems Management
- Own the full lifecycle of customer and vendor portals — new item setup, promotional contract entry, price adjustments, and ongoing maintenance
- Run weekly movement reports and distribute to internal team and vendor partners
- Perform deduction analysis — identifying, tracking, and flagging discrepancies across accounts
- Manage ordering and procurement workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor product lifecycle from authorization through discontinuation
Customer Service & Account Support
- Process orders accurately and audit invoices for data integrity
- Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve issues, gather missing information, and respond to requests
- Maintain and update customer and vendor records
- Relay key customer and vendor feedback internally
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in sales admin, customer service, or account support
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Microsoft Teams for daily communication and collaboration
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer/vendor portals
- Familiarity with food industry units of measure — pounds, ounces, cases, and pack configurations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with EST hours overlap
- High level of ownership and follow-through
