Job Description

Responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for Globe customers by providing assistance recommendations, on best Globe products and services to meet their needs and/or resolving their issues.

Assists customer's journey in using digital channels via face to face digital user assistance or education
Attends to sales and service needs of customers
Approves and processes sales and service applications and transactions in the system.
Processes payments for bills, purchases, and other transactions
