Your Role

As a Customer Service & Transport Logistics Administrator, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service and ensuring a positive solution in a timely manner and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries and support.
  • Respond promptly to support tickets via live chat, email and phone, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Provide product information, troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage customer delivery experiences and resolve transport or delivery issues.
  • Coordinate transport logistics, delivery scheduling, and operational administration.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation and communication logs.
  • Process orders, exchange, returns and warranty claims as needed.
  • Process shipping of sold products from online stores
  • Collaborate with internal team and transport providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Delivery a high standard of customer satisfaction and operation support.
  • Assist with customer feedback collection and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • General administrative assistance.
