As a fast-moving startup, we're looking for a passionate coordinator to help drive our community and sales growth.
About the Role
You'll be the heart of our group buy community managing daily chat activity across our brand partners, keeping 3,000+ homeowners engaged, and making sure every sale is accurately tracked. This is a fully remote, high-volume customer-facing role where your communication skills and attention to detail directly impact our growth.
What You'll Do
Community & Customer Engagement (Primary)
- Manage daily conversations across WhatsApp and Telegram group buy chats (3,000+ homeowners, 50+ brand partners)
- Welcome new members, explain group buy mechanics and tiers, and guide users through the buying process
- Tag the right merchant representatives for product-specific queries
- Follow up proactively with customers at 1-week and 1-month intervals to re-engage interest
- Conduct frequent merchant follow-ups across our active brand partners to ensure timely responses to customers
- Maintain a positive, professional community environment and escalate complex issues when needed
Sales & Data Tracking (Supporting)
- Accurately record all transactions, site visits, and status updates in the FGB admin panel
- Manage WhatsApp group chat labels across the customer journey (lead site visit new order paid completed)
- Perform monthly sales reconciliation across brand partners
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions, sales, and community activity
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written English warm, clear, and professional
- Genuine passion for customer engagement and community building
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, especially for data tracking
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Tech-savvy comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Google Workspace, Notion, and admin panel tools
- Able to manage multiple active chats simultaneously with professionalism
- Available 1:00pm10:00pm SGT, 6 days/week (Tuesday off)
- Prior experience in customer service, community management, or VA roles is a plus
