About Us

Findgroupbuy.com helps homeowners unlock great deals through group buying, and helps our merchant partners grow through group buy campaigns and events. We're a small, fast-moving startup, and we're looking for a versatile coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Engagement & Business Development Coordinator to take on two sides of our business. On one hand, you'll be a familiar and trusted voice for our community of homeowners: welcoming new members, guiding them through the group buy process, and keeping conversations warm and helpful. On the other, you'll work closely with the founder to support our merchant partners: helping coordinate events, keep listings fresh, and make sure our brand partners have what they need to succeed.

This role suits someone who likes variety and doesn't want to be stuck doing just one thing. Some days you'll be chatting with homeowners about an upcoming group buy, other days you'll be helping line up a merchant for a showroom event. The founder will set the direction on the business development side, and you'll help bring it to life.

What You'll Do

Customer & Community Engagement

  • Be a friendly, reliable point of contact across our WhatsApp group buy communities
  • Welcome new members, explain how group buys work, and guide users through the buying process
  • Connect homeowners with the right merchant representatives for their questions
  • Keep an eye on community activity, resolve everyday questions, and flag anything that needs extra attention

Business Development Coordination

  • Help coordinate with merchants on new products, listings, and event preparation
  • Support the planning and smooth running of showroom events, working closely with the founder
  • Follow up with merchants after events to keep records and outcomes up to date
  • Take on ad hoc projects and coordination tasks as priorities come up

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written English, warm, clear, and professional
  • Someone who enjoys variety and can move comfortably between community chat and merchant coordination
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, you keep track of the little things
  • Proactive and dependable, you follow through on what's asked of you and don't need constant hand-holding
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Google Workspace, Notion, and admin panel tools
  • Prior experience in customer service, community management, or coordination/admin roles is a plus

Hours

8:30am to 5:30pm SGT, with a 1-hour break from 1:00 to 2:00pm

6 days a week, with Wednesdays off
