Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Engagement located in Sucat, Metro Manila. Customer Engagement will be responsible to provide clear, timely, and accurate responses to customers regarding the resolution status. He or She must ensure all complaints are resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain accurate and detailed complaint records in internal systems. Prepare regular reports on complaint trends, root causes, and corrective actions. Support compliance and audit activities by providing complete and accurate documentation.
