Xpress Path, Inc. is looking for a Customer Development Specialist to be the primary point of contact and strategic partner for our key marketplace accounts, specially TikTok Shop. This critical role is responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and managing the day-to-day relationship between our distributor organization, brands, and the Ecommerce platforms.
The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills, sales optimization, and with an operational understanding of the PH Ecommerce industry.
Marketplace Partnership and Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary account representative for Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, acting as the bridge between the marketplace team, the distributor, and the brand.
- Represent the distributor and the brand's interests in all negotiations, strategic planning sessions, and operational meetings with platform account managers.
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key personnel across the marketplaces to ensure preferential treatment, early access to new programs, and effective conflict resolution.
- Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) and strategic alignment with marketplaces to maximize sales and brand exposure through campaigns, in-app advertising, and platform-specific initiatives.
Sales Growth and Business Development
- Develop and execute platform-specific sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (GMV) for the brand.
- Identify and leverage new marketplace opportunities (e.g., livestreaming, new platform features, specialized campaigns) to increase traffic, conversion, and basket size.
- Regularly analyze sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends on each platform, translating data into actionable insights and strategic adjustments.
Operational Excellence and Brand Representation
- Maintain deep operational knowledge of all key features, backend tools, and policies for Lazada Seller Center, Shopee Seller Centre, and TikTok Shop Partner Tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, inventory is accurately allocated, and platform-specific requirements (e.g., fulfillment, payment, returns) are met efficiently.
- Oversee brand representation on all platforms, ensuring product listings are fully optimized, brand guidelines are strictly adhered to, and promotional messaging is consistent.
- Monitor competitor activity and marketplace changes, providing timely updates and recommendations to the internal leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in E-commerce, Account Management, or Business Development, specifically focused on major marketplaces.
- Operational familiarity with Lazada and Shopee Seller Centers is essential. Experience with TikTok Shop operations and commercial models is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing relationships with external partners and driving significant sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, campaign metrics, and market trends to develop data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with or representing a Distributor or Brand principal is a plus.
