Has in-depth understanding and knowledge of the BU's strategic priorities and translating these into best-in-class execution applicable to the area/channel, anchored on a deeper understanding of the shopper.
Establishes, maintains, and grows long-term partnerships with assigned house accounts by continuously seeking opportunities and corresponding solutions aligned with the business objectives of all stakeholders to address shopper needs.
Manages the portfolio or product assortment of assigned accounts in his or her area or channel, based on the profile of the trade account's shoppers.
Implements, monitors, and evaluates all brand initiatives for proper analysis and feedback.
Aligns with BU TMG on program effectiveness and recommends possible improvements.
Leads the monthly Third Party Agency meetings to ensure that all head office and local merchandising and promotions initiatives adhere with the standards of the BU TMG.
Provides regular competitive activities and other relevant information to the channel and trade marketing team.
Conducts sales and channel analysis to better understand the categories, the customer, and the market.
Monitors overall spending (MOS, BDF, OPEX, display rentals) thru regular alignment meetings with internal support teams such as sales admin, finance and credit teams, and BU TMG.
Ensures regular monitoring and reconciliation of account receivables and CMs, aligned with finance and credit teams of both sides (UL and Distributor).
