  • Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand and production capacity.
  • Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth production flow.
  • Analyze production requirements, inventory levels, and delivery schedules to support on-time shipment.
  • Prepare and update production plans, work orders, and material requirements.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when necessary to avoid delays or shortages.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and minimize excess or obsolete materials.
  • Generate reports related to production output, inventory status, and planning performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve planning efficiency and supply chain processes.
  • Support continuous improvement activities related to production planning and logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
  • With experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, or Logistics is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge in SAP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willing to work in a manufacturing or plant environment.
