Join our team and play a key role in shaping commercial strategies through analytics, reporting, and performance insights. You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, and Business Leaders to provide data-driven recommendations that support growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers to monitor business performance.
- Analyze sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations that support commercial strategies and decision-making.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and analyses.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes using BI and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Present insights and performance analyses during business reviews to support leadership decisions.
- Train users on dashboard navigation, KPI interpretation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Promote a culture of data literacy and self-service analytics across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Customer Insights, Market Research, or related functions.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, SAP, and data integration systems is an advantage.
- Experience in sales analytics, forecasting, inventory management, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.
