Overview:
We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Care Team Member to join our dynamic sales support team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by supporting the sales process from quote to delivery.
This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same—you'll be tracking sales activity, preparing quotes, processing orders, and communicating with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the sales team
- Process project registrations and quotation requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Process purchase orders and generate sales orders and invoices
- Communicate with dealers regarding order status, ETAs, and deliveries
- Monitor orders and proactively resolve issues
- Collaborate with team members and provide backup support as needed
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales and/or sales support
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
- Interest in technology is an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French)
Work Schedule:
- Homebased / Remote
- 9pm - 6am MNL
