Metacom is urgently hiring for Customer Care Representative in CDO!

Job Responsibilities:

Developing call center reports and metrics

Participating in call center management meetings

Identifying opportunities for process improvement

Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to customer needs and changes in processes

Job Requirements:

• With basic computer knowledge
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• At least College Undergraduate
• Amenable to work onsite
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
