Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, communicative, and personable professional to join our team as a
Customer Care Champion. The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate, and committed to excellence. They will embrace change, celebrate innovation, and demonstrate an unwavering dedication to providing extraordinary customer service to our valued clients.
Responsibilities
The
Customer Care Champion is primarily responsible for handling inbound customer service-related calls from various sources, including homeowners, tenants, Community Managers, and local vendors who service our communities. This role manages a wide range of inquiries, includingbut not limited tobilling and statement questions, community rules review, work orders and repairs, complaints, HOA violations, and other HOA and property management-related matters.
Position Duties
- Communicate with customers in person, via phone and email
- Answer a variety of inbound calls from customers, team members, as well as various partners in the property management environment and updating the computer system during each of keep systems up to date
- Navigate various systems to field questions that callers may have regarding billing, statements, fees, HOA rules, repairs and other property management related inquiries
- Become an HOA expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver extraordinary customer care.
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external partners through consistently effective communication and teamwork.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated and self-starter
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent computer abilities to navigate our care systems, as well as the Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic data-entry and typing skills
- Basic mathematical abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate in a respectful and assertive manner
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM / Tuesday - Saturday, 12:30 AM - 9:30 AM Manila Time
Work Arrangement: Home-based
- Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 50 mbps)
- Should have own Laptop/PC
