The main purpose of the CCO's/RO's work is to:
1.Meet renewal sales and revenue goals/ targets
2.Maintain and Develop relationships (current partners and new on- boarded partners) with business partners/ intermediaries/ accounts
3.Be a productive team member of the division
4.Enable/ train personnel assigned to work with/ reporting to them.
They must implement renewal and after- sales specific plans/initiatives and execute them (while meeting daily activity metrics and initiative target returns) in tandem with internal stakeholders as well as external partners/ intermediaries, including cost management initiatives and utilization discussions.
Corporate Care Officers must ensure that partners/ intermediaries and mutual clients/accounts are satisfied/ delighted with the Company's (Medicard) services at all times.
This will in turn complete the sales cycle that brings in repeat/ renewal business.
They also need to inform their Company of new contacts/partners and new sales & marketing opportunities that may arise from up-selling and cross-selling discussions with existing and newly- onboarded partners.
Effectively managerenewalbusiness engagement with partners/ intermediaries by performingregularbusinessreviewsand touch point meetingsthataimsto help manage the account's/ the portfolio'sMedicardhealth solutions(based on agreed KPIs).

.Train, Influence, Inspire and Lead other CorporateCareOfficersand Associatesvia regular coaching and mentoring sessions apart from the operational requirements of daily activity management
