We're looking for a Customer Business Development Senior Manager to spearhead strategic growth initiatives, lead key account management, and develop a high-performing sales organization.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Develop and execute short- to long-term sales and growth strategies aligned with company and category goals
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and high-value partnerships
- Lead market intelligence efforts including trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and SWOT assessments
- Drive innovation and continuous process improvements
Key Accounts Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Lead joint business planning and performance reviews
- Drive negotiations that optimize profitability and long-term value
- Ensure excellent customer coverage and execution discipline
Capability Building & Insights
- Coach and develop sales teams and distributors for execution excellence
- Deliver actionable insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and talent development
- Partner with HR/L&D to build capabilities and close competency gaps
- Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food technology or any related field
- 8+ years of FMCG sales experience (within food ingredients company or food solutions business) with strong success in customer engagement, key account, and channel management.
- Strong leadership track record in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in market expansion and driving business transformation initiatives
