Responsibilities
As our first point of contact, you'll be the friendly, expert voice on the phone (Customer Support), turning technical hurdles (Technical Support) into easy wins for our customers.
You'll be a pro at keeping things organized. By documenting every interaction in our ticketing tool with precision, you'll ensure our process stays smooth and our customers keep smiling.
You'll put your detective skills to work, triaging issues and using our knowledge library to solve puzzles. If a mystery is too big to crack alone You'll be the bridge that connects it to our Level 2 support experts.
You'll take full ownership of the incidents you handle, managing your workload with pride and ensuring we hit our service goals so our clients can keep accepting payments without a hitch.
Qualifications
Relevant experience for at least 1 year
You are comfortable using a PC and able to navigate multiple windows
You can work in a fast-paced environment and effectively as part of a team
