Job Description
- Design and roll out engaging technical learning programs focused on injectable aesthetics products and procedures.
- Equip external stakeholders and internal teams with up-to-date product knowledge and application expertise.
- Translate complex clinical and product information into clear, practical learning materials and sessions.
- Manage end-to-end training initiatives, from planning and content development to delivery and evaluation.
- Oversee the full training project lifecycle: Vision/Scope → Planning → Instructional Design → BETA/Train the Trainer → Deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align training priorities with business and commercial goals.
- Assess training effectiveness and refine programs to improve learner engagement and impact.
- Support capability building in the field through workshops, digital learning tools, and hands-on sessions.
- Act as a key subject matter resource for product education within the injectable aesthetics portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in training, preferably in the aesthetics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- Proven track record in training project management, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple complex projects.
