Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Advisory – Marketing Functional Senior Consultant to support organizations in transforming their marketing and customer engagement capabilities through data-driven insights, CRM platforms, and marketing technology solutions.
In this role, you will help clients design and implement customer lifecycle programs, omnichannel marketing strategies, and marketing automation initiatives that enhance customer engagement, improve marketing efficiency, and maximize customer lifetime value.
You will collaborate with marketing, digital, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end customer experience transformation projects across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Lifecycle Marketing
- Design and implement customer lifecycle journeys and engagement strategies across digital channels
- Support customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement initiatives through automated marketing programs
- Analyze customer behavior and engagement metrics to optimize marketing strategies
CRM & Marketing Technology Implementation
- Configure and support CRM and marketing automation platforms to execute campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and digital channels
- Manage customer segmentation and marketing campaign workflows within CRM platforms
- Support integration between CRM, CDP, CMS, and other marketing technologies
Customer Data & Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics platforms and BI tools
- Develop dashboards and reports that track marketing KPIs, customer engagement, and campaign performance
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and customer experience
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Support marketing campaign execution including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and automation workflows
- Optimize digital campaigns and marketing programs using performance insights and customer data
- Ensure campaign execution aligns with brand, data governance, and compliance standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, IT, product, and customer experience teams to deliver transformation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions for marketing technology implementation
- Provide recommendations to improve marketing processes, tools, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
✔ 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM operations, or marketing technology consulting
✔ Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
✔ Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel engagement strategies
✔ Experience working with marketing analytics and reporting tools
✔ Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and project coordination skills
