Support in building and maintaining business relationships with clients particularly with Siemens.
Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring their specific needs is always met and handled for long-term.
Drive sales by consistently communicating with clients (Siemens representative) and relaying customer satisfaction to Management.
Manage accounts of Siemens and resolve issues as needed that may arise through interconnected departments.
Work with internal teams: NPD, Quality, Sales, Logistics and Purchasing to meet clients satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.
Ensure the achievement of the company's commitment with the addressed internal and external issues relevant to company's purpose and strategic direction through consistent monitoring and implementation of quality, security, environmental and other standard (QMS, EMS, OSHS, C-TPAT & IATF).
To follow and comply with all company policy and administrative standard operating procedures.
Any other task/assignment as that maybe assigned by Management on timely basis.
