Customer Account Officer / Dispatcher

DNS Transport Group is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Account Officer / Dispatcher to join our transport operations team in Muntinlupa City.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, drivers, and the operations team regarding daily trips and schedules
• Monitor and assign vehicles and drivers based on operational requirements
• Track trip assignments and provide updates on vehicle status
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other operational documents
• Handle data entry and documentation accurately
• Assist in resolving customer and operational concerns
• Ensure timely coordination and smooth day-to-day transport operations
• Perform other duties related to dispatch and customer account coordination as assigned
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration or a related course
• Experience in dispatching, fleet operations, logistics, or transport operations is an advantage
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Good in record-keeping, data entry, and document preparation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to work in a fast-paced transport/operations environment
