Job Overview

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineering Lead with expert-level SAP Transportation

Management (SAP TM) experience and strong System Integration expertise. The role will lead

technical decisions, provide solutions to complex problems, and guide teams in delivering

scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP TM and provide technical direction to the team.
• Lead and manage technical teams, including mentoring and supporting team members.
• Make key technical and team-level decisions.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Design and oversee scalable, maintainable software and integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Monitor project progress and implement improvements to delivery timelines and quality.
• Promote software development best practices, standards, and Agile methodologies.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) experience.
• Expert proficiency in SAP TM.
• Strong SAP TM System Integration experience.
• Strong understanding of transportation management processes and enterprise system integration.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and making technical decisions.
• Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
