Custom Software Engineer SAP EWM

Location: Taguig – Uptown Bonifacio

Work Setup: Hybrid – 2x onsite per week

Contract: 6 months

Work Hours: 45 hours/week

Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Location: Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2, 15th Floor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM professional to join an enterprise SAP transformation project. The successful candidate will serve as a technical SME, providing expertise across SAP EWM architecture, configuration, customization, integration, and implementation.

You will collaborate with SAP and non-SAP teams, IT stakeholders, and business users to design scalable solutions, resolve complex technical challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP EWM
• Provide technical guidance across SAP EWM architecture, configuration, and customization
• Collaborate with SAP and non-SAP teams, IT stakeholders, and business teams
• Translate complex business requirements into technical and functional solutions
• Participate in solution design and technical decision-making
• Support SAP EWM implementation and integration activities
• Analyze and resolve complex SAP EWM technical and process-related issues
• Work closely with ERP and other SAP modules to ensure effective integration
• Support data analysis, reporting, and solution optimization
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Communicate and coordinate effectively across multiple teams
• Contribute to the development of scalable and maintainable SAP solutions

MUST-HAVE / NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of relevant SAP experience
• Strong / expert-level SAP EWM experience
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations
• Minimum of 2 full end-to-end SAP EWM implementation cycles – REQUIRED
• Experience with Brownfield or Greenfield S/4HANA implementations
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM processes
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM and ERP integration
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration and/or customization
• Experience across SAP IM, WM, and EWM
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Preferred / Nice to Have
• Handling Unit (HU) Management
• Additional SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Exposure to broader SAP supply chain processes

IMPORTANT

The 2 full end-to-end SAP EWM implementation cycles are a mandatory requirement.

Candidates with EWM support/maintenance experience only, without having participated in at least two complete EWM implementation cycles, will not meet the requirement.

Likewise, general SAP WM or SAP MM experience without strong hands-on SAP EWM expertise will not be sufficient.
