Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications to guide development. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Epic Systems. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to Epic Systems. - Proficient in database management and integration techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Epic Systems. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
