Job Description
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that integrate seamlessly across various systems and applications. Your work will involve collaborating with team members to ensure that the solutions you develop are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements. You will engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software tailored to meet evolving organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability. - Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Global Absence. - Strong understanding of Workday modules and their integration within enterprise environments. - Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions using Workday tools and technologies. - Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently. - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Global Absence. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
