Job Description
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Summary: - As a requirement engineer for Mobile Online Services, you write the requirements of the existing Java applications that run as a service on the client's platform. - You are in direct contact with the client, pro-actively initiate meetings with the client to understand and help write the requirements. - You support the developers to understand these requirements and, where necessary, provide and improve your documentation (software requirements f.e.) or understanding of the client's requirements. - You create user stories in Jira with clear acceptance criteria and support in the PI Planning for Cariad by actively driving Feature Refinements with the PO (User Stories are derived from Feature, Software Requirements are derived from Client Requirements/LH) Experience: - At least 2 years of Requirement Engineering experience or an equivalent role in Software Development (Proxy PO, BA...) - Practical experience working with software development teams Knowledge - Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or similar degree - Experience with writing Requirements/User Stories - Software and Software Development Understanding - Ability to understand and process large amount of requirements - Willingness to understand and contribute to Documentation for System understanding - Client Contact and cooperative Client Communication - Willingness to learn CLI tools and git Soft Skills: - High ability to work autonomously - High technological affinity - Analytical capability: relevant information gathering, structured analysis approach, aim-oriented interpretation acumen - Communication proficiency in English, both oral and in writing - Assertiveness - Able to work and thrive in Team context (being able to pick up other people's work in their absence f.e.) Optional Skills: - Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) knowledge - Cyber Security (preferably ISO/IEC 27001:2022) - Automotive and/or embedded systems experience - Safe / Scrum Certification - Comfortable with Git usage and CLI tools Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
