Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. You will collaborate with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions, applying modern development practices and frameworks. Your work will involve continuous learning and adapting to evolving project needs to support the overall success of the software systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Ensure the quality and maintainability of code through thorough testing and documentation. - Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within the development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Japanese Language. - Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices. - Experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications using enterprise frameworks. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Manila office. - 100% RTO in Uptown2 Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
