Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components tailored to meet unique business requirements. Your work involves collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software solutions. You will engage in iterative development cycles, adapting to evolving project needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Ensure the software components are well-integrated and meet the desired functionality and performance criteria. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing software to enhance reliability and maintainability. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in C++ Programming Language. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools. - Familiarity with debugging, profiling, and performance optimization techniques. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in C++ Programming Language. - This position is based at our Manila office.
