Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Your work will involve collaborating with colleagues to ensure solutions are scalable and meet the unique requirements of the business. You will engage in iterative development cycles, adapting to evolving project needs while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). - Strong knowledge of customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet business needs. - Experience with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments. - Proficient in writing clean, maintainable code and following best practices for software development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). - This position is based at our Manila office.
