Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Your work will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions you develop are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. You will engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to deliver high-quality software tailored to meet evolving requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication within the team to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall team capabilities. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based human capital management systems and their integration. - Experience with configuration and customization of compensation modules within Oracle HCM Cloud. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to compensation management. - Excellent understanding of data security and compliance considerations in cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - This position is based at our Manila office.
