Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the solutions are scalable and efficient, applying modern development practices and frameworks. Your work will contribute to the continuous enhancement of systems or applications, supporting the evolving needs of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and reliability. - Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations clearly and thoroughly. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Experience with integration techniques such as REST and SOAP APIs within Salesforce environments. - Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules. - Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Proficient in debugging, testing, and deploying Salesforce applications following best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
