Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions, focusing on designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems to ensure seamless functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Actively participate in project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in DevOps. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Unix Shell Scripting, Jenkins (Software), Kubernetes. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience with cloud platforms and services, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Proficient in scripting languages and automation tools to streamline processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
