Summary: As an Application Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and configuration of applications, ensuring that they meet the needs of stakeholders. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project timelines, and providing technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery. You will also engage in problem-solving activities and facilitate communication among team members to foster a productive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Support team members in their professional development and growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL. - Strong understanding of database design and optimization techniques. - Experience with application development methodologies and frameworks. - Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging complex SQL queries. - Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL. - This position is based at our Manila office.
