Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions, focusing on designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to implement modern frameworks and agile practices, ensuring the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance. - Identify and implement process improvements to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness. - Actively participate in project planning and status meetings to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Proficient in scripting and automation to streamline development processes. - Experience with cloud-based solutions and infrastructure management. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - This position is based at our Manila office.
