Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will oversee the development and configuration of software systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the project lifecycle. You will also engage in strategic discussions to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Financials. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in system integration and data migration processes. - Proficient in database management and optimization techniques. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
