Summary: As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will engage in the development of innovative technology solutions tailored for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements and translating them into detailed design specifications, collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of these solutions, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the technology being developed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives. - Support team members in their professional development by providing guidance and mentorship. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular. - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their architecture. - Proficient in integrating third-party services and APIs within SAP Hybris. - Experience in developing and customizing SAP Hybris modules and extensions. - Solid grasp of front-end technologies and frameworks to enhance user experience. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Hybris Commerce. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
