Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions, applying modern development practices and frameworks. Your work will involve continuous learning and adapting to evolving project needs to support the overall success of the software systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Ensure the quality and maintainability of code through thorough testing and documentation. - Continuously improve software development processes and practices. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented design principles. - Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with database integration and query optimization. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Proficient in debugging, performance tuning, and code refactoring. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
