Job Description
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, developing, and refining software components that meet unique business requirements. Your work involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions are scalable and efficient. You will engage in continuous improvement practices and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software that supports organizational goals and adapts to evolving needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks impacting software reliability and performance. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning. - Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies and best practices. - Support the development of documentation and training materials to enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong expertise in monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning to ensure system availability. - Experience with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency. - Proficient in cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies. - Skilled in performance tuning and troubleshooting complex distributed systems. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support continuous delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
