Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding, testing, and refining components within various systems or applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral to delivering efficient and scalable software products that align with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality. - Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong knowledge of cloud service models, deployment strategies, and infrastructure automation. - Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance standards. - Proficiency in managing scalable and resilient cloud environments. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies related to cloud platforms. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications and infrastructure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
