Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication within the team to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in C++ Programming Language. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Proficient in debugging, performance tuning, and memory management. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in C++ Programming Language. - This position is based at our Manila office.
