Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding, testing, and refining software components to ensure they perform efficiently within larger systems or applications. Collaboration with various stakeholders and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring the delivery of scalable and high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication within the team to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Support the identification and implementation of best practices to enhance software development processes. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Robotic Process Automation. - Strong understanding of automation frameworks and workflow orchestration. - Experience with scripting languages and integration of automation tools. - Knowledge of process analysis and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Solid problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve automation challenges. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation. - This position is based at our Manila office.
