Job Title: Application Consultant - UKG Ready HR Module Implementation Role Overview: We are seeking an Application Consultant with expertise in implementing UKG Ready products for HR modules such as Core HR, Performance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and more. The ideal candidate should have exposure to HR-IT and SaaS implementations, coupled with a successful track record of engaging stakeholders in North America. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the implementation of UKG Ready HR modules in alignment with client requirements.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless module integration and functionality.
Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing, and deploying HR modules effectively.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project goals. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing HR modules, preferably with UKG Ready products or similar platforms.
Proficiency in HR-IT implementation and familiarity with SaaS deployment models.
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders in North America. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
