• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Strong knowledge of web content management systems and digital experience platforms.
• Experience in developing and deploying scalable web applications using Adobe Experience Manager.
• Ability to customize components, templates, and workflows within Adobe Experience Manager.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in the context of Adobe Experience Manager.
• Understanding of integration techniques with backend services and APIs.
